What’s for dinner:

• Ezekiel bread
• spinach
• locally-sourced eggs
• chia seeds
• peaches
• locally-sourced honey

The eggs & honey came from my fiancées farm. The taste difference in store bought and local foods always amazes me. The eggs are always fluffier and more naturally colored. And the honey, don’t even get me started. You can taste how natural it is & it helps with allergies because their bees work with our areas pollen.
